Symptom: If any provider/consumer of a contract is l3extInstP epg and it has a subnet '0/0', and the contract is associated with a service graph, then traffic would not pass because of this bug. Even the corresponding rules would not be created on the leaf Conditions: One of the provider/consumer has to be of type l3extInstP and it has to a subnet '0/0'. And the contract has to be associated to an abstract graph.
