Description (partial)

Using the REST API HTTP POST and GET methods to to an Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC) may
return "bad signature" in some situations.

This occurs if the POST or GET includes an option string, for example '?rsp-subtree=full' and the method of verifying
the user is allowed access to that resource is by calculating a digital signature of the resource using a key stored
in the users X509 certificate.
