Description (partial)

Symptom:
Virtual memory utilization of the ilsd process may continually increase as patterns are added or removed.

Conditions:
ILSD/GDPR enabled with at least an ILS hub and two spokes.  I.e. only if there are exactly two hub nodes, the issue won't occur.  If more ILS hub/spokes are added, the issue may occur.
Hub1 --- Hub2 --- Spoke 1 & Spoke 2.
When big number of URIs are configured on Spoke1 and Spoke2, memory leak is observed on Hub2.
