Description (partial)

Symptom:
Running ASR1006 15.2(4)S5 the HUB blasting out unencrypted GRE information to peer physical interface. So the alerts are fillup this alert CRYPTO-4-RECVD_PKT_NOT_IPSEC: Rec'd packet not an IPSEC packet is bieng triggered by the spoke because the ASR 1006 is blasting out GRE packets unencrypted. The does not affect production tunnel traffic because it's not going over the tunnel.

HUB ASR 1006 15.2(4)S5  tunnled to Cisco 2900 15.2(4)M6a
