Description (partial)

Symptom:
Alignment.widget issues in Device Group in Alarms & Events Page

Conditions:
Steps to Reproduce :

Issue 1:

1.	Navigate to Operate --> Alarms & Events Page
2.	Click on ?List view? and ?Tree view? selector button present in Device Group
3.	When we see in Tree view, alignment seems to be fine for alarm sign (i.e. critical or cleared) present on a particular group inside Device Group.
4.	When we see in List View, alignment not seems fine for alarm sign present on a particular group. It hides/overlap some part of the group name.

Issue 2 :

1.	Navigate to Operate --> Alarms & Events Page
2.	Click on Settings button, present in Device Group , seems that this setting button is disabled in this page, but it is enable in other pages like DWC, Endpoints Diagnostics etc.

Issue 3 :

1.	Navigate to Operate--> Alarms & Events Page
2.	Click on Alarms tab and click on 360 view of that particular alarm present in alarm name column, a pop up appears with all alarms details like alarm name, severity, etc.
3.	Now without taking any action on Alarms & Events page, navigate to some other page by clicking on mega menu, let's say navigate to home page this time.
4.	We can see the same Alarms Detail Pop up still persist in the UI in some other pages as well, which should not be the case as we navigate to totally different page, so the pop-up should get close.

Same issues mentioned above persists in alarm browser as well.
