Description (partial)

Symptom:
wireless client is not getting ipv6 add while ip dhcp required enable

Conditions:
Build: 03.17.96.E

Topology

wireless client win7 ipv6 --> AP --> Mingla --> Infra switch(ipv6 server)

Issue:

wireless client is not getting ipv6 address while "ip dhcp required" is enable on the wlan. If i remove "ip dhcp required" command under wlan then client is getting ipv6 address.


Step to repro.

1. Have ipv6 related config on above mentioned device
2. create wlan and enable "ip dhcp required" command.
3. Associate wireless client only ipv6 client 
4. check on controller, client will be on Learn_ip state

wireless client should get ipv6 address  with "ip dhcp required" enable on wlan


I have attached running config of mingla, infra switch and debug logs,


Wlan used is winca-dot1x and vlan used is  vlan 25.
