Description (partial)
Symptom: Users get "We are unable to start a meeting at this time please try again later" when trying to start or join a meeting. Customer is hitting this issue due to their script which is dialing in on system every 5 minutes. We are able to reproduce this issue in the lab with scripting tools. Steps are: 1. User has to have "Meeting password required" set to YES. 2. User dials in, presses 2#, enters profile number and pin. 3. System asks for meeting password (since this is set as required). User terminates call without entering password. 4. After repeating this steps about 4200 times, system cannot schedule reservationless meetings. This affects all MP 8.5 and 8.6 versions. Conditions: MeetingPlace 8.5.5.41 type II Monitoring tool (One-sight monitoring) is used and on the permission section of the user "Meeting Password required" set to yes.
