Symptom: When using Bulk Edit to modify PINs or Passwords from the Connection Administration page, the operation fails. The resulting Task Requests says that the operation is Successful for 0 users and Fails for 0 users. Conditions: This problem occurs in 10.X Releases, when modifying any number of users. These users can be existing, newly provisioned, imported, etc.
