Description (partial)

Symptom:
With default FCoE qos policy, there is no latency buffer to honor the expected "no drop" behavior for FCoE for a minimum distance of 2kms.

Conditions:
Nexus7000 F2/F2e linecards supporting long-haul(>=2km) FCoE multihop
