Description (partial)

Call app UI doesn't gets refreshed upon disabling the all calls filter with a incoming call alert in call app view

Enable 'All calls' filter in endpoint-A.
Receive a call from endpoint-B to endpoint-A
Disabled the 'All calls' filter in endpoint-A using the more option icon at the right corner of the screen and observe the UI.
