Symptom: Able to login with User Template Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - System - Blf presence group - Add New - create a profile Go to Bulk Administration - User - User Template - Add New - Create a user with created blf presence group Go to system - blf presence group - go to created blf presence group configuration page - click check dependency record - select end user - then click file - then it will go to end user configuration page . Then edit password and confirm password - then click add to access control group - select all -add selected - save it - then log out from cucm. Now enter call manager ip in the url - enter created user template name and password - login happens successfully. But this user will not be listed in END user list. It will be available only in User template.
