Problem Description:
Below two issues are noticed when using ME3800 as N-PE for MPLS SR creation
issue #1) though mac access-list is created, the corresponding association with the interface command "mac access-group" is missing in SR Deploy
issue #2) post-deployment, when the SR is decommissioned the mac access-list is not removed.

Problem Detail:
Steps To Re-create:
1) Add ME3800 as Catalyst switch-Cisco IOS, and set the role as N-PE
2) Deploy MPLS PE only SR, enabling virtual interface using ME3800 as N-PE and check for missing mac access-group command inside the N-PE interface.
3) Decommission the SR and check the configlets for missing mac access-list command
