Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call detail strip shown as held call in device home screen after disconnecting the parked call.

Conditions:
1. Establish a call between endpoint A and B.
2. Park the call from endpoint A.
3. Disconnect the call from endpoint B.
4. Go to device home screen from endpoint A.
