Symptom: Mismatch in qovr.properties and java file for very large ova Conditions: Steps : 1. CUCM is added in CPCA and is in managed state. 2. CPCA is added as a billing sever in CUCM 3. Making some calls in order to test CDRCMRRateThresholdExceeded alarm 4. Changed qovr.properties files with smaller count in order to test, so that threshold get exceeded. 5. Navigate to Operate --> Alarms & Events, and we are not able to view any alarms for same. Issue found : There is a mismatch in naming convention of an attribute for very large ova in qovr.properties file and RateEventAggregator.java file Present attribute in qovr.properties file : cdrcmr_rate_vlargeova and cdrcmrNam_rate_vlargeova These attribute should be : cdrcmr_rate_verylargeova and cdrcmrNam_rate_verylargeova And because of this mismatch CDR's are not getting processed and moving from /opt/emms/cuom/qovr/preserve folder to /op/emms/cuom/qovr/saved folder and due to which alarm is not getting generated and reflected in PC UI.
