Symptom:
1. In below CIPC 8.6.4 release notes, it is said compatible with CUCM 10.0.x

2. In Compatibility Information for Cisco Unified Communications Manager Release 10.x, it says Cisco IP Communicator Release 8.6(4) is supported with Cisco Unified Communications Manager 10.x
