Description (partial)

Symptom:
Prompts are played in two languages if system audio language is changed.
For call backs, prompts are first played in English and then in the system language selected. Customer is requesting that there should be only one language played for call backs as well.

Customer is in Canada and French is an official language there. So in this case, system language is set to French and call back number country code is +1. Customer is getting two prompts because of country code and he wants it only in French.
