Description (partial)
Symptom: IPv6 VM host move across leafs in TF mode may lead to traffic black-hole Conditions: During V6 host moves, RARP packet is generated by the hypervisor of the moved host towards the old leaf. On processing the RARP packet, old leaf must generate a L2 unicast but L3 multicast NS for the moved host towards the fabric destined for the moved host. This packet was not being sent out of the fabric facing port because of this bug. As a result, the new host may not be detected at the new leaf.
