Symptom: After upgrading the server to version 6.1, we encountered the following error: * Login to the TCS and make sure all the SIP recording aliases are showing registered. * Login to the VCS and check the recording aliases are showing registered on the VCS as well. * Now make a SIP call from an endpoint to any one SIP recording alias. * We observed that, all the other recording aliases lose registration from the VCS. However, on the TCS the status still shows as registered, which is misleading. * We need to restart the TCS services to get the registrations back on VCS. Conditions: The TCS has only SIP enabled and no H.323. The zone on which the registrations land on the VCS, has 'check credential' enabled as authentication policy.
