Description (partial)

Under Saved and Scheduled Reports page, Click on any of the Scheduled Report.
In the right pane, From Date and To Date Filter parameters are not shown. In general, From Date and To Date Filter parameters are shown for a particular Time Range.

Run any report from ACS Reports Group with Custom Timerange.
Click on Save As -> Scheduled Report -> Save the Changes.
Scheduled Report will be created under Saved and Scheduled Reports Group.
Open the Scheduled Report. In Report GUI page, From Date and To Date Filters are not shown.
