  • Cisco Unified Attendant Consoles

Known Affected Releases

10.5

Description (partial)

Functionality existed with all previous releases of CUAC, thus defect was introduced with CUAC v10.5

Symptom:
CUAC offers the ability to send an email with call details to a noted directory contact.

CUAC should populate email subject lines with the following details 'Call from xxxx @ xx:xx:xx AM/PM on xx/xx/xxxx'. This has worked with previous releases using both the keyboard shortcut Ctrl +M and using the right click > Contact > Send email context menu. In 10.5, it appears that the Ctrl + M functionality is working as designed, however, when using the right click context menu the subject line is not populated within the email.

Conditions:
Attempting to send email using Right Click context menu.
