Symptom: IX5000 will show a connected G-711u audio only call in the Web GUI that cannot be disconnected. The call usually shows being connected for 22+ hours. Total packets transmitted and received show almost identical in size. A ?show call status? and ?call state? from command line will show no call connected. Conditions: Here are the steps to repro: 1. Kepler system 1 calls Audio-only IP phone 1080 --> 1000 Audio-Only page shows the data flow, timer starts counting 2. the call lasts around 5 mins, then end the call WebUI shows no stream data 3. Kepler system 1 calls Kepler system 2 1080---> 1088 WebUI shows AV video timer and AV audio timer are same, please see the attachment WebUI shows Audio-Only duration timer reconnect the previous time and keep going won't clean up 4. end Kepler system 1 to Kepler system 2 call, there is no call at all. But the Audio-only call WebUI page still show the data flow and timer is still keep going
