Description (partial)

Add traces in SubscriptionManager.deleteSubscription.

Pre-requisite :
Enable vmrest and Message Event Service logs

Steps to reproduce:
1)Create a User John on connection and set its password
2)Integrate the User with jabber
3)Login into the jabber
4)see Tomcat log and try get the subscription object Id:

14:07:17.784 |9313,,,MessageEventService,3,INFO [http-8443-10] - SubscriptionManager.createSubscription [in] expires=Tue Aug 05 14:07:17 EDT 2014, callbackUrl=, username=1281043435@mil, keepAliveInterval=0, eventList=
14:07:17.784 |9313,,,MessageEventService,3,DEBUG [http-8443-10] - executeQuery: query='select objectid from vw_EventServiceSubscription where callbackurl=?'
14:07:17.784 |9313,,,MessageEventService,3,DEBUG [http-8443-10] - arg=''
14:07:17.794 |9313,,,MessageEventService,3,INFO [http-8443-10] - SubscriptionManager.createSubscription [out]
createSubscription calls csp_EventServiceSubscriptionCreate to insert row corresponding to objectid into tbl_eventservicesubscription table.
5)see Tomcat log and try get the subscription object Id:
14:18:08.475 |17585,,,MessageEventService,3,INFO [ContainerBackgroundProcessor[StandardEngine[Catalina]]] - SubscriptionManager.deleteSubscription [in]
14:18:08.493 |17585,,,MessageEventService,3,INFO [ContainerBackgroundProcessor[StandardEngine[Catalina]]] - SubscriptionManager.deleteSubscription [out]

There is no mapping in log which user was subscribe and which was unsubscribe.
