Symptom:
Not all users expected to be available in  DCNM may be available as expected

The following error may be observed in server.log/sanStartup.log
"Unable to sync ApplicationUsers and DcnmUsers : java.lang.NullPointerException"

Conditions:
This issue is seen when one or more users do not have all expected attributes defined in the DB
