Description (partial)

Symptom:
The email process leaks memory, when doing amp scans.  Excessive memory use can slow down the ESA and result it the appliance going into resource conservation. The excess memory usage is very low, around 1MB per few thousand messages scanned by AMP, but could affect the system in the long run.

Conditions:
Having amp scanning enabled and SBNP (Senderbase participation) disabled.
