Description (partial)

MAC flap seen on PVLAN/regular vlans while bring up of SSO setup.

Messages similar to "%C4K_EBM-4-HOSTFLAPPING: Host E4:D3:F1:86:9E:38 in vlan 100 is moving from port Te3/1 to port Po63" are seen during bring up of the setup or during shut/unshut of few interfaces.
