Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unassigning VSG in PNSC (Resource Managed -> Managed Resources) clears policy configuration in VSG and IP of Data interface.
Port-profiles are still protected by security-profile and  VEM drop packets.
Above will leads to outage.

Conditions:
PNSC GUI should warn users about consequences of the action Unssign for VSG before an action will be applied.

" Warning: The action Unassign VSG will clear security policy in VSG. Before that please choose one of bellow options:
1. In VSM set fail-mode open for correspondig VSG node
2.  In VSM remove correlated security-profiles from port-profiles 
Otherwise the action unassign VSG can cause outage for protected VMs "
