Description (partial)

Symptom:
SMTP server remains in the CUCM page even if it is deleted

Conditions:
1. open a OS Admin page
2. Goto Settings--->SMTP---->Add new SMTP Server---->Save
3. Goto Settings--->SMTP---->Delete the SMTP server
4. It will show a message on top that deleted Successfully but the server will be shown in the page.

Expected: When the SMTP is deleted it should be a blank page
