Description (partial)

Symptom:
Same Service instance Id is assigned to the following SRs(SR2 onwards).

If SR1 and SR2 have different "service instance names", SR2 failes deploy and leaves the configuration from SR1 UNchanged. But if SR1 and SR2 have same "service instance names", configuration from first SR is overwritten by the second.

Conditions:
1. When "Autopick service instance id" is used and 
2. In EVC SR (say SR1), when the UNI interface is modified from GigabitEthernetx/y to GigabitEthernetx/z.(e.g. GigabitEthernet8/4 to GigabitEthernet8/5) 
And in the followwing SRs(say SR2), when the same PE and interface-GigabitEthernetx/z is used(e.g. GigabitEthernet8/5)
