Description (partial)

Symptom:
One way audio where the caller can't hear the agent side voice

Conditions:
This happens when the call was transferred by the first agent back to the CVP for queuing/IVR with ingress device and CVP having early offer enabled

Does anyone know if there is a patch for CVP 10.x releases for this bug? Is one in the works? Are there any ES/ET release notes that explain what the patch would be doing to correct this problem?
