Description (partial)

Symptom:
CVP would not come up after changing IP address on Call Server.

Conditions:
Templates were used in OAMP to re-create the Call Server and deploy the new license files.

The license files deployed to the Call Server contained both old and new license files preventing CVP services from starting correctly.
