Cisco Bug: CSCuq41098 - Group Definition Rule NOT saved after exit and re-entry.

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When adding a new Group Definition Rule, the EC displays a pop-up message that the Rule is saved successfully. The new rule is also now listed with other group definitions.  However if the user navigates to a different feature (Server Applications, Utilities, etc) then re-enter into Group Definition Rule, the new rule is not listed.   


Steps to Reproduce
1) Select Add in Group Definitions then enter data followed by save.
2) Select "OK" to acknowledge the note that the Definition would be saved. 
3) Navigate to different feature example Channel Maps
4) Navigate back to Group Definition Rule.

Actual
New GDR is listed but if user navigates to a different features then return to GDR the new Rule is not listed. 

Expected
New GDR is saved after navigating to different features and returning to GDR.
