Description (partial)
Symptom: This core is seen when copp policing is increased for DHCP as to not police the pps sent. 50,000 DHCP discover messages are sent to N3164 where it is configured as a dhcp relay. After around 5 minutes the CPU is low (around 30-40%) and a core is seen which reloads the device.
