Symptom:
A TelePresence Server web interface and API may become unresponsive, error messages may be printed of the form:

Conditions:
This bug is triggered when an TS console port is connected to a terminal server that sends a software flow control XOFF message. After the TPS receives the XOFF message, and the console buffer fills up it will lock up.
