Symptom: While collecting overall system logs, logs are not collected from all VM's. The following error is noticed in the webadmin logs, [2014-08-07_05:36:47.143] INFO (AbstractMessageListenerContainer.java:428) - Execution of Rabbit message listener failed, and no ErrorHandler has been set: class org.springframework.amqp.rabbit.listener.ListenerExecutionFailedException: Listener method 'handleMessage' threw exception [2014-08-07_05:36:47.147] INFO (Utils.java:211) - commandOption = rsync://email@example.com/logsync/1407308667/* [2014-08-07_05:36:47.147] INFO (Utils.java:211) - commandOption = /opt/log/logagent/upload/1407308667/ [2014-08-07_05:36:47.276] ERROR (Utils.java:233) - Error running commandorg.apache.commons.exec.ExecuteException: Process exited with an error: 23 (Exit value: 23) Conditions: First noticed in 1.5 MR3 and 2.0 MR4. Issue is noticed only when HA is added in the deployment.
