Description (partial)

Symptom:
While collecting overall system logs, logs are not collected from all VM's. The following error is noticed in the webadmin logs,

Conditions:
First noticed in 1.5 MR3 and 2.0 MR4. 

Issue is noticed only when HA is added in the deployment.
