Symptom:
Callback between Cisco CUCM and Siemens PBX not working

Conditions:
When CallbackManager and Call Control are on two different nodes. i.e. Calling party (Trunk) and the callback destination are in different nodes and the originating PINX invokes Path Reserve for Callback call.
