Description (partial)

Phone doesn't register to the CUCM with new IP address after VPN connection is established.

1. Generate some VPN connection failures.
2. Remove the faults from the network. Establish a successful VPN connection.
   The VPN connection toast doesn't disappear. The phone doesn't registers to the CUCM with the new IP address. The phone information page doesn't show the new IP address.
