When defining a report, whether it's ad hoc, health, traffic or deviation, it's normally possible to choose which objects to report against using the data explorer.  This isn't the case for interface queues where the queue is null.  Our current test data from Cox has all null queues.  Thus the only way to run reports against IQ's is to use a filter, which probably works for most use cases.  If your test case is to run a report against a specific set of objects, there is no practical workaround, other than to create a customer user defined property with an ugly expression.
