Description (partial)

Symptom:
-Server traffic is being hashed to the same IOM network interface while other links are passing no traffic (port-channel and non port-channel mode give the same result)
-3 Servers running iperf test to max out the traffic
-first 2 get ~9.9Gbps, but as soon as we start the third one second server's bandwidth is cut in half (~4.36Gbps) and the third server also gets only ~4.36Gbps

-IOM 2208XP (8 links between IOM and FI)
