Description (partial)

Symptom:
The description is converse:
[local]asr5000(config)# commandguar
commandguard - Disabled (Should be "Enables") [Yes/No] prompting for autoconfirm and config commands.
[local]asr5000(config)# no commandguard
commandguard - Enabled (Should be "Disables") [Yes/No] prompting for autoconfirm and config commands.

And, there should be warning for these two scenarios:

Scenario1 : User enters "commandguard" when autoconfirm is already enabled. It is meaningless since no confirmation prompts will be issued anyway. Note that we might be able to presume that the user wants autoconfirm turned off implicitly.
Add a warning "Autoconfirm will disable commandguard."

Scenario2: User enters "autoconfirm" when commandguard is already enabled. Causes commandguard protection to be circumvented.
Add a warning "Commandgurad will not take effect until autoconfirm is disabled."
