Description (partial)

Symptom:
LYNC 2013 Client Attempts to place a new call via Remote Call Control after logging on to a new phone/device via Extension Mobility.

The requests gets a generic error indicating "Call was not completed or has ended"

Conditions:
LYNC RCC users are also Extension Mobility Enabled and EM services are provisioned with the default setting where Multiple Logins are NOT allowed.

LYNC RCC user moves to a new work location and first signs back on to LYNC and resumes SIP/CSTA control of the previously EM logged on device/line.

The User then proceeds to logon to the new device successfully and LYNC Client does not indicate any problems with telephone remote call control services. However attempting new calls persistently fails and incoming calls to the newly logged on device/line does not trigger any toast popup messages on the LYNC client.
