Cisco Bug: CSCuq39426 - Log Collection Jobs display job status "In Progress" for No Data Found

Symptom: Log Collection Jobs display job status "In Progress" for No Data Found Conditions: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to Operate --> Log collection Center 2. Select a device from devices table and click on collect log button and select a template for that device and template should contain component for which log should not get collected. 3. Once log collection job is over, in log collection jobs table it will display "No Data Found" for that device as component selected accordingly. 4. At the same time Job Status column in log collection jobs table will show the status as "In Progress" When log collection job is running and when Log Collection Status for that particular job updates to ?No Data Found?, after then also Job Status column shows the status of job ?In Progress?. When job didn't get any data and it's status updated to No Data Found, the status of job status column should also be updated to something like 'Completed' or something else, which will be understandable to the user, as from this status, it seems job is still in progress, although no data found has been updated.
