Cisco Bug: CSCuq39001 - New cluster id is not reflecting in call record

Symptom: New cluster id is not reflecting in call record Conditions: https://cibu-jira:8443/browse/CALLP-6180 Go to ccmadmin - system - enterprise parameter - change cluster id - save - click reset and apply config. Go to ccmservice - tools - CDR management - add billing server Add 2 phones in publisher and make calls. Then Go to /var/log/active/cm/cdr_repository/processed/20140702 (publisher) or go to billing server location . It is reflecting call detail record with old cluster id (StandAloneCluster) even though we changed cluster id. Have attached snap shot. Kindly look out it Ver: 10.5(1.98000.133) Note: If i restart the call manager service from ccmservice page then its working fine.
