Description (partial)

Symptom:
BGP memory usage increases over time.

Conditions:
BGP receives an initial set of prefixes from neighbors while it is still in the read-only mode.

Neighbors delete and later on resend prefixes in that initial set.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
