Symptom:
SIP phones will ring once prior to the autoanswer on headset.

 SCCP-Phone never rings.

Conditions:
----------------------------
Setup:
CUCM 8.6(2)29000-9
2 phones with 9.3(1)SR4, one SIP, one SCCP plus another phone to originate calls from
Set auto-answer with headset

Test is to simply to call each phone:
Results:
The SIP phone will RING once before it auto-answers (headset beeps once as well)
The SCCP phone does not ring, headset just beeps and call is presented
