Description (partial)

Symptom:
User directory search performed via client doesn't reflect the correct presence status of listed users.
Listed users are either showed as offline although online or are showing a stale presence status.

Conditions:
Directory search is configured for the client.

Let's take the following scenario as an example: One user searches, using its client directory search, 
another local, IM&P user (with a user ID: xyz) and this searched user is not showing the 
correct presence status.

Run the following two SQL queries:
run sql SELECT xcp_user_id FROM enduser WHERE userid='xyz'
>QUERY RESULT_1

run sql SELECT node_id FROM pep_node_name WHERE node_name LIKE 'http://webex.com/connect/temp-presence'
>QUERY RESULT_2

If the following query gives non-empty result, the user with ID: xyz is affected by this defect:
run sql SELECT * FROM pep_node WHERE owner_id = QUERY RESULT_1 AND node_name_id = QUERY RESULT_2 AND access_type = 'P'
