Symptom:
Called party ID turns to UNKNOWN on Cisco UC keyboard when call is ended

Conditions:
Setup:
a. Install VXME 
b. Connect Cisco UC keyboard to the client machine.

Steps:
a. Log into HVD and Jabber
b. Make a call
c. End call

Results:
Caller ID turns to UNKNOWN at the moment when the call is ended.
