Symptom: Upon disassociating a service path from a port profile, VSM displays failed-to-apply and an error message similar to the following is displayed in the Faults tab: [FSM:STAGE:REMOTE-ERROR]: Result: end-point-failed Code: ERR-Device-IO Message: [Succeeded] config t [Failed] no vservice path servpath@root-tenant1 Error Message: Path, servpath@root-tenant1, is in use(sam:dme:PolicyAssocProxyContAssociate:ConfigServicePolicy) Conditions: This situation can affect any service path that is disassociated in this release, depending on internal conditions.
