Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer has an issue where when a call of SRTP to RTP is placed on hold and resumed eventually fails to release the xcoder resources on disconnect. Eventually after repeated calls once all of the resources are used, calls start to fail. The only way to clear the session would be to completely restart the gateway

Conditions:
SRTP to RTP calls:

The customer can make the same call without using any hold/resume and the sessions clear cleanly. We have also found out that if any PSTN calls where the IP phone is SRTP and the PSTN call is RTP, they can use hold/resume and at the end of that call the resources release correctly. It is only when we have the call flow of CUBE to CUBE
