Cisco Bug: CSCuq36098 - Router does not log when CTSG records exceed maximum supported limit

Symptom: Router does not give a warning when supported limit of 30,000 CallType Skill Group records is reached. Cusotmers should be given a warning message when this occurs to take appropriate action to correct call scripting to prevent CTSG record creation that exceeds supported limits. Conditions: For every new Skill Group Call Type pairing, the router will create a historical data record to populate statistics. When creating call routing scripts, it is possible to create valid scripts that may exceed the Skill Group Call Type record limit.
