Description (partial)

Router does not give a warning when supported limit of 30,000 CallType Skill Group records is reached. Cusotmers should be given a warning message when this occurs to take appropriate action to correct call scripting to prevent CTSG record creation that exceeds supported limits.

For every new Skill Group Call Type pairing, the router will create a historical data record to populate statistics. When creating call routing scripts, it is possible to create valid scripts that may exceed the Skill Group Call Type record limit.
