Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco XCP Authentication service crashes and generates a core file

Conditions:
The Cisco XCP Authentication service will crash and generate a core file, if it receives a XMPP SASL "type='get'" request where the JID element specified in the request is just a domain.

e.g
<xdb from='cm-1_jsmcp-1.cup.cisco.com' id='jtx_30019' ns='http://jabber.com/protocol/sasl' to='cisco.com' type='get'><jid>example.com</jid></xdb>
